Agnieszka Prus, MA – specialist speech therapist with long-standing clinical experience gained at the University Children’s Hospital in Białystok. She works with a wide range of speech and communication disorders and has also gained experience in kindergartens and outpatient clinics. Being a speech therapist is her passion.

Speech prophylaxis:
- early support for speech development, including children with hearing loss
- stimulation of prelinguistic functions and auditory training
- feeding intervention for infants and toddlers (reduced sucking reflex, biting/chewing/swallowing difficulties)
Diagnosis and therapy of communication disorders in children with:
- delayed expressive and receptive speech
- mutism, logophobia
- intellectual disability, Down syndrome (oligophasia)
- Asperger’s syndrome, autistic traits, autism
- disharmonious psychomotor development
Diagnosis and therapy of speech sound disorders:
- dyslalia (lambdacism, kappacism, gammacism, sigmatism, rotacism)
- audiogenic dyslalia (speech disorders due to hearing impairment)
- palatolalia (in children with cleft palate)
- fluency disorders including stuttering
Improving the articulation, respiratory and phonation apparatus in patients with:
- articulation disorders of anatomical origin (e.g. short lingual frenulum)
- vocal nodules / voice emission disorders
- insufficient function of the soft palate (Eustachian tube obstruction, middle-ear effusions)
Speech rehabilitation for people with:
