To improve the quality of our ENT services we asked patients (or parents/guardians) to complete an anonymous written survey. We wanted to know what matters most during diagnosis and treatment, what brings comfort during a visit and which areas require improvement.
We are grateful to everyone who shared their thoughts – the comments below guide our daily work. Based on the feedback we have already implemented changes to better meet expectations.

- a major advantage is that hearing tests can be performed on site
- Dr Małgorzata Piszcz is described as a highly competent, empathetic specialist who explains diagnoses in detail; parents appreciate the warm approach to children
- competent doctors, polite reception team, short waiting times and a play corner for children
- quick access to the doctor, willingness to fit in urgent visits even without prior booking
- professional explanations of diagnoses and treatment plans; opportunity to consult multiple specialists under one roof
- good organisation of appointments at set hours, although we continue to remind patients to respect the planned schedule
